Shovel Knight Dig Release Date: Everyone needs to know when it will be out and how much it will cost, right? Your local gaming staff did some research for you, which is good news. We know a lot about many things. We’re not sorry about either of the bad puns.
Shovel Knights, We’ve been keeping an eye on Dig since it was announced in 2019—back when games could be shown off right away at physical gaming conventions. The dig was one of a few planned series spinoffs back then, and its demo at that year’s PAX West show floor made me want to go dungeon digging.
This week, Shovel Knight’s third official spinoff, Dig, comes out on PC, iOS, and Nintendo Switch. This is great news because Dig is by far the best spinoff yet. It also stands out from other arcadey, action-focused roguelikes, and the result feels like a deep mod for the classic mobile game Downwell.
